Order Status and Returns

When will I receive my order?

All items are shipped within 3-5 business days, not including transit time (the time it takes our carrier to deliver your package). If your order is being shipped within the United States, your package(s) will typically arrive within 2-8 days after being shipped via USPS. However if there are any local post office delays, routing issues, or bad weather, it may take up to 20 days. For International orders delivery time may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on location.  The ship times given are estimates and not guaranteed.


What's Your Return Policy?

We hope your new Gold Label goods are perfect for you, but if they’re not a return is quick and easy! Gold Label will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 60 days of your purchase, with refunds given in the manner of purchase. Gold Label will not accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or modified in any way.


Something's not quite right, can I return my order? 

Sure! As long as it meets the above criteria, an order can be returned. Returns can be sent back via a shipping method of your choice to the address below.

Please Note:  Any package or product not meeting the eligibility requirements, including postmarks outside of the return window and products deemed by Gold Label to be worn, will be re-shipped and the purchasing credit card will be charged with any associated shipping costs. Gold Label is not responsible for loss or damage in transit, please use a traceable service, as Gold Label will not be responsible for lost packages.


How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us right away at support@goldlabel.com as we will be unable to change the status of your order once it has left our distribution center.

Can I combine my order into one shipment?

Our apparel and merchandise may ship from separate locations, so these orders cannot be combined. The number of packages and total shipping cost is displayed in the cart prior to checkout.

My order arrived damaged or is defective

If your purchase has been damaged in transit or is defective in any way, please send our customer service team at support@goldlabel.com. a photo of the item(s) and any additional description. We will review it and begin working on getting a replacement out right away. 

I noticed I ordered the wrong size

Occasionally mistakes are made even by the best of us.  After receiving your order confirmation and it is noticed the sizing is incorrect, please contact us at support@goldlabel.com right away with the order confirmation #.  If possible we will try to address before your order ships.  If it has already been shipped you will be required to return the item(s) to us.  Upon receipt and confirmation the item(s) have not been used, we will issue you a full refund for those items.

I was charged more than once for my order

If you discover a duplicate charge on your credit card please contact us at support@goldlabel.com with your order number(s) along with the first and last name used in the billing so we can find the transactions and credit your card. 

I received the incorrect items

Please send us a photo of the item(s) to support@goldlabel.com and any additional description. We will review it and begin working on getting a replacement out right away. 

I'm missing items from my order

If you're missing an item, make sure you ripped the packaging completely apart and thoroughly gave the other products a good look to ensure it's not lurking somewhere.  Different products may ship from different locations and split into different packages, so it may still be on the way. If you still can't locate it, please contact support@goldlabel.com and we will make sure you get what you ordered. 

I think my package has been lost

Please note that all ship times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you do not receive the item(s) within eight weeks of the ship date please contact us at support@goldlabel.com so we can look into it and make sure you get your order.

Who are your international shipping carriers?

We use APC Postal Logistics for all our International economy deliveries and FedEx for our international expedited deliveries. Once your package passes through customs it will be delivered by your local post office.

I need to change my shipping address

Please provide an alternative address and contact support@goldlabel.com so it can be update for you right away.  We ship pretty fast so don't dawdle.  

I was charged but my order did not go through

Now this should not happen, but if your credit card was charged and your order did not go through contact us at support@goldlabel.com. We will cancel the order and refund the charges. You should be set to place  your order again without any issues! 

When will my refund show up?

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Refunds should appear on your account in 2-10 business days if issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account typically take 7-10 days to reflect on the account balance. If your refund does not show on your account balance within this time, please contact your credit card company or financial institution.

The special characters in my address are not showing up correctly in my email confirmation.

Your email client may not be displaying the characters correctly. If you provided us with the correct address upon placing your order we have it and it should show up correctly on the shipping label.
